The most telling account of this firm's ineptitude bordering on negligence was the time it managed the replacement of the pad of sidewalk just beyond our driveway and got zero advanced notice. They left a useless note as notice, which we saw when we got home from work. Had we carpooled that morning, our other car would have been marooned in the garage for a week.
