Called to have a maintenance service done and was scheduled with no problem for a day and time I requested. That day I received a message letting me know that they were on the way to do the service and a phone call from the tech when he was a few minutes away. Michael was prompt and explained the issue he found. Then explained to me how he would get it fixed. He was very informative and answered any questions that I had for him. He is also very respectful and took very good care of keeping things in place in my home. I never heard him walking around up in the attic. My air conditioner went out over the weekend. I goggled a/c repair and found Evans Heating and Cooling. They were rated 5 stars. I called early on a Sunday morning someone answered immediately took my information and within minutes someone called me and setup a time to come and check out my a/c. My technician name was Johnathon he arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed my system and told me what was wrong before any work was done. In a day and time where good customer service is hard to find, they were definitely top notch on customer service! They communicated every step of the way and I definitely feel confident in the work that was done on my AC! This company never lets me down. I definitely highly recommend to everyone to call them when you have an issue with anything heating and cooling related!!

Called and was able to get a same day appointment. After I spoke to the rep on the phone the technician was at my house in 20 minutes. The tech was very knowledgeable and understanding of my stress. Now my house will be cool again in another couple of hours. Thank God!
