Ethan was my service technician, he was very kind and courteous. You can tell they he is very knowledgeable of HVAC. He was able to complete a replacement of heat strips and a new more efficient thermostat. Thank you Ethan and the Evan family for providing top notch customer service and transparency on pricing.

Needed to find HVAC maintenance and checked online. Found Evan’s Heating and Cooling and called them. I was given an appointment for the next day. Ian, Technician, arrived on time and prepared to work. He was great with explaining what he would be doing and cost for service. He answered questions when I needed additional explanation. He was patient, professional. I will definitely request Ian for future service.

Great customer service when we called late at night with empathy and understanding. Immediately got a call back from the tech/owner after speaking with dispatcher and came out within 20 minutes. Reasonable price, quick repair, thorough, knowledgeable, and this was all around midnight! Definitely recommend and will be using Evans for future HVAC needs.

Had no heating and search for a high rated company. Your’s was the best one in the business. The service call was easy and the repair work was quality.
