Had no heating and search for a high rated company. Your’s was the best one in the business. The service call was easy and the repair work was quality. The service representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable about the situation and provided me with some helpful advice. I highly recommend Evan’s!
Evans Heating & Cooling is our go to for our heater and A/C needs. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and HONEST! We did not realize our heater was still under warranty but the technician checked and found out it was so all we had to pay was labor. An unscrupulous business could have easily taken advantage of us! We are more than satisfied with Evans Heating & Cooling! Hands down THE BEST!!
Great customer service when we called late at night with empathy and understanding. Immediately got a call back from the tech/owner after speaking with dispatcher and came out within 20 minutes. Reasonable price, quick repair, thorough, knowledgeable, and this was all around midnight! Definitely recommend and will be using Evans for future HVAC needs.
Evans came out in a very timely manner, went through the entire HVAC unit to find the issue. Found it, got with warranty company, and gave us a quote after the warranty coverage. This is definitely a company with integrity and honesty. They are ordering the part and will come replace and get unit working again. They are now MY HVAC company. Let me add that Evans was not the original installer but will certainly be the only ones I will ever call back out, if needed!
Evans Heating and Cooling always does an amazing job. Our furnace quit working on the coldest night of the year so far and they came out first thing the next day. I would recommend using them for new purchases as well as and maintenance and any issues that come up. Thanks again !
