After our AC went out, I contacted Evans Heating & Cooling and they were at my home within an hour, which was a huge surprise especially with temperatures over 90 degrees outside. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything repaired and running again within minutes. Fast, friendly, professional service and very affordable. Simply amazing experience. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency AC issue, and Evans Heating and Cooling was a tremendous help. At first, we believed it was a simple thermostat or battery problem. However, after noticing an unusual smell the night before and then having the AC completely stop working, we realized the issue was more serious. The team did an incredible job from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to get us on the schedule immediately, which helped my family stay comfortable during the extreme heat. They even arrived earlier than expected and completed the diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs all in a single visit. Their professionalism, prompt service, and efficiency were outstanding. The office staff were extremely helpful & professional when I called in for help. The 2 young men that came out & even came earlier than scheduled (WOOHOO) were very professional & spent time explaining what my problem was & fixed it all in less than an hour of arriving.
