Evans came out in a very timely manner, went through the entire HVAC unit to find the issue. Found it, got with warranty company, and gave us a quote after the warranty coverage. This is definitely a company with integrity and honesty. They are ordering the part and will come replace and get unit working again. They are now MY HVAC company. Let me add that Evans was not the original installer but will certainly be the only ones I will ever call back out, if needed!
Great customer service when we called late at night with empathy and understanding. Immediately got a call back from the tech/owner after speaking with dispatcher and came out within 20 minutes. Reasonable price, quick repair, thorough, knowledgeable, and this was all around midnight! Definitely recommend and will be using Evans for future HVAC needs.
Evans called to let me know that they had an updated circuit board furnished by the manufacturer to be swapped out. We were able to schedule for next day in a 2 hour window and they sent a text next morning to me to let me know they were on their way in earliest part of that window. Took only a few minutes to install the new part and test. Great customer service by Evans and gas pack manufacturer and no cost to me. 5-stars.
Evans is an outstanding Heating and Cooling Service and I wouldn't want anyone else servicing our residence. Tim provided exceptional HVAC Service, Very Informative, knowledgeable, very thorough and a true problem solver and goes above and beyond every time.
My air conditioner went out on Friday Sept 11 I called Evans Heating and Cooling Company on Sat morning Sept 12 Jared said it would be after lunch before he could get here and he came as he said He diagnosed the problem quickly. He did have to go to the office to get the part and came back to fix my air conditioner I am sitting in a very cool house I also had him change my thermostat and he did not mind me adding that on.
