Called to have a maintenance service done and was scheduled with no problem for a day and time I requested. That day I received a message letting me know that they were on the way to do the service and a phone call from the tech when he was a few minutes away. My air conditioner went out over the weekend. I goggled a/c repair and found Evans Heating and Cooling. They were rated 5 stars. I called early on a Sunday morning someone answered immediately took my information and within minutes someone called me and setup a time to come and check out my a/c. My technician name was Johnathon he arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed my system and told me what was wrong before any work was done. This was our first time dealing with Evans Heating and Cooling. We bought the service package. The two young men who came out to preform our first service, Michael and Trey, were true professionals. They replaced a failing capacitor, cleaned and inspected our entire system. Michael and Trey were both polite and friendly and explained what they were doing and why. We are very pleased with the service that we received from Evans Heating and Cooling and would recommend them to everyone.

Have been using Evans heating and cooling for 9 years now and they always are a pleasure to work with and very transparent with their work and pricing and do a great job. And they are always very quick to come out if there are any issues with your system. Highly recommend!
