Evans called to let me know that they had an updated circuit board furnished by the manufacturer to be swapped out. We were able to schedule for next day in a 2 hour window and they sent a text next morning to me to let me know they were on their way in earliest part of that window. Took only a few minutes to install the new part and test. Great customer service by Evans and gas pack manufacturer and no cost to me. 5-stars.

My wife's due date was in just two days, and we were in a serious bind when our AC started leaking. We called for emergency service, and they were absolutely incredible start-to-finish. The technician was extremely communicative and arrived quickly. He was so understanding of our situation and worked efficiently to fix the problem educating me every step of the way. My air conditioner went out on Friday Sept 11 I called Evans Heating and Cooling Company on Sat morning Sept 12 Jared said it would be after lunch before he could get here and he came as he said He diagnosed the problem quickly. He did have to go to the office to get the part and came back to fix my air conditioner I am sitting in a very cool house I also had him change my thermostat and he did not mind me adding that on. Great company have used them for years they always come very quickly when called and each and every time they take care of the issue. I trust them to do the right thing and never overcharge. Not only do they take care of my home they take care of my business Northeast Ceramics when I had a problem in my studio with class soon to start they were here so fast fixed problem from ants getting to the wires. We enrolled in the Maintenance program based on the great reviews online. Kevin did the inspection today. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Didn’t try to upsell additional unneeded services.
