Evans came out in a very timely manner, went through the entire HVAC unit to find the issue. Found it, got with warranty company, and gave us a quote after the warranty coverage. This is definitely a company with integrity and honesty. They are ordering the part and will come replace and get unit working again. They are now MY HVAC company. Let me add that Evans was not the original installer but will certainly be the only ones I will ever call back out, if needed!

Great customer service when we called late at night with empathy and understanding. Immediately got a call back from the tech/owner after speaking with dispatcher and came out within 20 minutes. Reasonable price, quick repair, thorough, knowledgeable, and this was all around midnight! Definitely recommend and will be using Evans for future HVAC needs.

Evans is an outstanding Heating and Cooling Service and I wouldn't want anyone else servicing our residence. Tim provided exceptional HVAC Service, Very Informative, knowledgeable, very thorough and a true problem solver and goes above and beyond every time.

Great company have used them for years they always come very quickly when called and each and every time they take care of the issue. I trust them to do the right thing and never overcharge. Not only do they take care of my home they take care of my business Northeast Ceramics when I had a problem in my studio with class soon to start they were here so fast fixed problem from ants getting to the wires. My wife's due date was in just two days, and we were in a serious bind when our AC started leaking. We called for emergency service, and they were absolutely incredible start-to-finish. The technician was extremely communicative and arrived quickly. He was so understanding of our situation and worked efficiently to fix the problem educating me every step of the way.
