11/20/2025 Evan’s HEating & Air LLC., came to do a system inspection and see what was causing fuses to blow on the unit. After thoroughly checking the unit, Bryant the HVAC Tech, made sure to fix all connections, looked over the unit gave insightful tips to help maintain outdoor units maintenance and was very professional. Called and got a quote over the phone. Guy said $750 without even looking. I called back a few months later and asked to schedule a day for them to come out and confirm the quote. I took the day off and called confirm the time at 0900 and was told they didn’t know when this guy would be out. Called again at 3 because that’s when I thought the guy would be here and was told he is on his way. I called Evan's for a small local job and was told that it would take at least a week to come out because they were too busy. 😔 😟 🙁 I had to call an out-of-town company (James River Air Conditioning ) and they sent a technician in less than 4 hours.
