Called and got a quote over the phone. Guy said $750 without even looking. I called back a few months later and asked to schedule a day for them to come out and confirm the quote. I took the day off and called confirm the time at 0900 and was told they didn’t know when this guy would be out. Called again at 3 because that’s when I thought the guy would be here and was told he is on his way. I called Evan's for a small local job and was told that it would take at least a week to come out because they were too busy. 😔 😟 🙁 I had to call an out-of-town company (James River Air Conditioning ) and they sent a technician in less than 4 hours.
Always a pleasure to talk to Charlene. Been with EHA since 2010 never a problem prompt courteous service. Definitely would recommend them.
