I hired Tim Ballard for a child custody case during a sensitive period following the loss of our daughter to cancer. While Tim seemed personable, the service and value I received were unsatisfactory. My experience with Mr. Ballard was costly and inefficient compared to previous attorneys. Over $8000 and nearly a year later, the only significant progress was one hour of mediation.
