As a local real estate agent who specializes in new construction, my opinion is that Evans Coghill is a real find. Quality for sure. You will feel like you're working with a true custom builder, in attention to detail.
This builder is helping destroy our traditional Cotswold neighborhood by tearing down single family homes and squeezing large tacky houses in what was once a lot for 1 home. The garages face the street and are nothing like the homes in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very upset. Do not buy from this company.
I don't own an Evans Coghill home but it's a safe bet I will next time I'm in the market for a new home. I toured their show home at HomeArama when they were featured at the Baxter Village event a few years ago as well as the a few of their homes down at the Riverwalk community and the attention to detail in their homes is incredible. Really great people too, down to earth, open and honest. They are worth a closer look.
