The cleaning team was fine, but the office staff was extremely rude. When I called to ask about a scheduling issue, the person on the phone sounded annoyed and cut me off mid-sentence. A business that treats customers this way doesn’t deserve repeat business. I’ll be going elsewhere next time.
I hired Evans Cleaning Services to clean my home, and I’m honestly disappointed with the results. They missed several obvious spots — dust still on shelves, streaks on the mirrors, and crumbs left under the kitchen table. For the price I paid, I expected a much more thorough job. Definitely not worth it.
Evans Cleaning Services was supposed to come at 9 a.m., but they didn’t show up until almost noon — no call, no message. When they finally arrived, the cleaners seemed rushed and didn’t even finish everything listed in the quote. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. I won’t be using them again.
I thought Evans Cleaning Services would deliver top-quality work based on their rates, but I was wrong. The cleaning was average at best, and they charged extra for things that should have been included, like wiping down baseboards. I’ve had better experiences with smaller local companies for half the cost.
