i called for furnace repair after noticing my unit wasn’t heating like it should. i was really happy when nathan showed up soon after i called, even though it was a sunday. he carefully checked everything and explained what he was doing in a way that made sense. nathan found the problem fast and put in a new control board, so my furnace was working again by the next morning. he was honest and polite the whole time. i’m very satisfied with the service and will call them again if i need any hvac help.
