I would give more than 5 stars if I could. After getting a very high quote for furnace ductwork on a small home, saying the ducts were damaged, I asked for a second opinion. Nathan came out and carefully walked us through the whole heating system, explained everything in simple terms, and showed us the ductwork for ourselves. It turned out there was nothing wrong with the ducts at all.
