i highly recommend company: Evan'sbestcoolingprofessionals for furnace repair and heating service. duane, nathan, jaime, and the rest of the team were fast, polite, and most of all honest. Other contractors came to my home, barely checked the furnace, did no real diagnostics, said I needed a full replacement, charged a high service fee, and left. duane came in, properly tested the heating system, found the actual problem, and completed the furnace repair without replacing major parts. They explained the issue in simple terms... read more

We have relied on Evan'sbestcoolingprofessionals for heater repair and heating service for many years, and we have always been very pleased. A few winters ago in Covington, our furnace stopped working right before closing time, and with the cold weather moving in, we needed fast help to get the heat back on. Jaime let us know a technician would come out as soon as the shop closed, and Duane arrived about 45 minutes later. The repair was completed within about 2 hours, and our heating system was working again with no trouble... read more

Duane came to inspect my direct vent gas fireplace because the pilot light had gone out some time ago and I wanted to make sure everything was working safely again. He was well dressed, very polite, and professional from the moment he arrived. I was impressed right away with how clearly he explained the heater service process. He worked carefully, kept the area tidy, and even vacuumed when the repair check was finished. That kind of clean and respectful heater repair service really stood out. He also answered all of my qu... read more
