Duane installed our new furnace in the attic with great care and attention to detail. Even with the tough heat, he kept at it and made sure the furnace installation was done right and fully finished. I woke up to find my house colder than usual and realized my furnace wasn’t working. I called a few places to get someone out to fix it. Duane got back to me quickly and was able to arrive at my home within two hours. Duane was very professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on with my furnace and blower system. I appreciate how fast the repair was done and that my heat was back on just a few hours after I noticed the problem. Great job!
