RecommendedBrought our car in to Evans Automotive on a Thursday due to a loud noise it was making.I just picked up car Friday mid-afternoon. They discussed the issues that needed to be fixed and at reasonable rate. We inquired about anything else that may need to be done, and was told that everything looked good. Evans Automative is always kind, courteous and helpful! They have always taken care of my vehicle in a quick and prompt fashion!
They seem halfway decent on the price of oil changes but once you realize they shorted your oil two and a half quarts then it makes sense why it's fairly priced. Will never use them again.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. What reputable tire center doesn’t offer a road hazard warranty on their tires?? THESE GUYS!! I had a nail in my BRAND NEW tire that couldn’t be patched/repaired and they claim they don’t offer a road hazard warranty and I was responsible for the full cost of replacing the new tire. I’m pretty certain I was told they offered this coverage upon purchasing them. We previously offered Road Hazard Warranty to our customers. However, it was something the customer opted into and the demand wasn't high enough to support continuing the program. We want the best value for our customers and will look into the program for 2021. We are up front and let our customers know that we do not offer this program as well.
We are from Indiana, passing through on vacation. Had a tire blow out and bent rim. AAA sent us to Evans and we couldn’t be more pleased with the great service we received. Rob helped us and handled our situation with great professionalism and urgency as we were eager to get back on the road. With his help and the owners help, they got us a replacement rim/tire and we were back on the road safely about 4 1/2 hours after the incident. This includes towing time as well. I brought my running car there to change from a carburetor to an efi. I haven't been able to drive it since the installed the efi system. I did bring it back only to have it drive even worse. At this point the car is completely undriveable and extremely hard to start ever since they worked on it. I also had them do an alliangment while they had it, unfortunately they completely botched that as well.
My mom took her car in to have her brakes changed, because another place said she needed them. When they checked them they said they were fine, and didn’t charge her anything! I really appreciate their honesty, and would recommend them if you need your car worked on!! Thank You!!

I chose to do business with Evans because, in my line of work, I've had a LOT of clients recommend them in the 5 years since I moved to this area. Bought 4 new Toyo tires for my car this AM. Also had Evans install a new battery. I was there at 8am, walked out the door at 5 minutes to 9. Excellent service, more than a fair price for everything, lifetime rotations on my tires. What's not to like about Evans? I'll certainly do business with them in the future.
