Tracy Bright Raines's review inspired me to share what happened to me when I took my car here for service. Not only did they give me a ridiculously high quote, detailing everything my 2003 Honda Civic needed (400.00) when I went in for brake work. Eventually, I ended up taking my car to another mechanic who went through Evans's estimate item by item. This place is a joke. They had my car for 3 hours while I waited at there shop. The music was playing so loud in the garage god only knows what was really going on. They quoted me a price of $3,200.00 dollars to replace front struts, (that they claim were leaking badly) back springs, breaks and air filter on a 1996 BMW with 5,400 miles on it that my mechanic 2 weeks prior inspected and found no oil or fluids leaking anywhere. I can't say enough about John and his staff. My wife and I are from Northern Ohio and we were hearing an odd noise in the front end of our Silverado. I saw what the problem and called the local Chevy dealer but they could not help me as we were leaving the next day. I saw Evan's as we were passing by, pulled in and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He gave me a loaner to use and had me up and running in less than two hours. I would HIGHLY recommend John and the guys at Evan's. 5 stars
I am tremendously glad I finally found this place. I brought in a late model Lexus with issues. John was up front, asked all the right questions, made very tailored recommendations and then called me after I got the car back to see how it was going. I’m going to talk my BMW 328 there the next time I need a service.
Knowledgeable, fair, and friendly service. My car was overdue for some maintenance and was vibrating a bit at highway speeds. They took care of everything. They even sent pics updates of my car during the day. Now my car drives like a dream!
The were professional, not pushy at all and they let me make the decisions. They also send you pictures of all the parts and areas of concern so you have visual proof that there is indeed something wrong with it. I was able to take that information and forward to my brother to get help on my decision making.
We moved recently to Blue Ash and were impressed with the reviews received by Evan's and used them to check out difficulties with starting our auto. It was determined that I needed a new battery. I was satisfied with the service but disappointed that I never received any paperwork explaining my "60 month warranty." My receipt had no detail showing what particular Delco battery was purchased to understand and verify the warranty.
