Avoid Ortho here since they refused to do an MRI on my Achilles and then lied that surgery wouldn’t help even if was fully torn. Also, the Ortho team doesn’t answer their phone or respond to Voicemails so you have to go in person when you have problems.
I had to update my review from 4 years ago. I was admitted to the hospital this past weekend and placed on the 4th floor. I had team Liam and the 4th floor staff. Let me tell you they were spectacular to say the least!! I cannot thank you enough for being caring, listening, thorough, professional, and all around perfect team to this scared old lady. You made me feel important and heard!! Thank you so very much!! Much love and respect to you all!! Michelle Kazimierowski
