Ivy clinic! THE STAFF ARE RUDE and disrespectful. How can they get away with this? There’s no standards here. This needs to be addressed.

Please don’t go here if you want to be taken seriously. Most of the women were nice, but Dr. Kenneth did not take me seriously what so ever. I’ve been dealing with nausea and really bad digestive issues. He told me it could’ve been a bug but I’ve dealt with this before. Then on my release paperwork he put “PMS” as if what I’m dealing with is normal period issues. He does not need to be a doctor. He did not help at all. Do better, and provide doctors who actually care. Absolutely ridiculous.

Evans absolutely takes the cake for being the worst Army Hospital I have been to in my 23 Year Career. The Laboratory and Pharmacy have the worst wait times.

It started off pretty concerning. I had a PCM and their staff treated me differently due something that is private/personal. I requested a specific referral that is well within the system and got no real answer or possible solution. Not only that, but I ended up going in circles and argued about if it is the system or not. Furthermore, I had to call patient advocate and somehow, they fixed the issue better than that nurse practitioner. After the issue was resolve after a couple of months. I changed my PCM.
