I contacted them with a list of questions. They responded with all kinds of enthusiasm and wanted to show me the Jeep I was inquiring about and do a test drive without answering my initial questions. I live over 400 miles away and had my zip code in the initial inquiry and if the answers to my screening questions werenât acceptable I wouldnât be wasting time and money to go look at a vehicle that didnât meet expectations. I’ve bought several new cars here (6) which were all good experiences. Visited the dealer and inquired about a car. Took them 4 days to call back despite offering on a vehicle only to say the car was no longer available. Getting ready to buy new again next July, guess we need a new Dodge Dealership for our business.
