The fact the manager makes you feel at home and has always been helpful. I love the fact that I can grow my flowers. I love the fact that we have made enough friends that my husband feels comfortable leaving me alone for 3 weeks at a time when he goes hunting. I have many disabilities and can get really sick really fast. I love the fact that there are many friends I can call and I know I can call Mary Washington, the manager. Resident for 13 years.

There is no security system in this complex and my brand new car has gotten keyed 5 times in less than 2 years! Mary Washington (THE MANAGER) is a joke and has her favorites........recently, she hung up on me! This is unacceptable behavior and unprofessional! Promises have been broken now that I have recorded while I signed my lease renewal in December 2016. The drainage system around here SUCKS!!!
