Does this dermatologist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? They were average Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
