Bought a house in 2017. Turned in punch list 30 days after moving in sometime in November. That punch list is still not completed by these people. Its only been like 16 months. Been in constant contact with them and the owner in Carencro...but all they want to do is shift responsibility to the manufacturer. The problem is the work that was done by Evangeline never got fixed or completed... and trim out is not complete, and the parts that are does not look good at all. Stay away from this place!
