I stopped by to collect flowers for a separate bouquet making activity. The staff was extremely kind, patient and helpful! They were very busy with Valentine’s Day but never rushed me. I was impressed with their knowledge, guidance and generosity so felt like leaving a review :)
The shop is nice and the variety in flowers are good. The 2 labours ladies have a nice attitude a welcoming but their boss lady is really rude and aggressive at a point I wanted to just leave the shop and the flowers. These things make me just avoid the place in the future.
Absolutely amazing service! I had my order coming in on a Thursday but ended up having to change for Tuesday due to the recipient being gone all weekend. The amazing owner Kenzie replied to my email on their off day when they were closed and the lady who dropped them off went back three times just to make sure the flowers weren’t left out in the cold and delivered directly to the receiver. Amazing service. Amazing company.
I have received many lovely bouquets from here!
