Was looking everywhere for a place accepting orders for mother's day and most places were booked up. I eventually called this shop and spoke to who I assume is the owner, and she assured me they could put together whatever I was looking for. I chose a designers choice bouquet and gave her some style preferences and I couldn't be more thrilled with the arrangement my mom received. Great customer service from Ivy! She was super helpful and able to quickly action 2 beautiful funeral floral arrangements within 48 hours based on budgetary constraints and specific colour requests (we're from Montreal and Miami so really appreciated the payment method accommodation). The final product photos that she texted the day before delivery was also a very nice gesture, thank you!
