Nice and updated modern and clean space. Easy parking. Everyone was very kind during my appointment. Addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. It was also very easy for me to get a response when I called their office.
It hurts my heart to have to write a review like this, Dr. Hargrave is absolutely amazing. I have never had any issues with her and she was very understanding. Her staff on the other hand is completely incompetent and makes everything extremely harder than it has to be. For someone like me who travels an hour and a half to two hours to be seen. They have no remorse and they are not willing to work with you at all.
I went to Evangeline after waiting months for the appointment for my HS flare up. The only thing she talked about the entire appointment was my weight. Asked a bunch of invasive questions concerning it, then prescribed me 3 months worth of antibiotics after looking at it for .8 seconds, and told me I should look into gastric bypass. I had lost 50lbs between the referral being made and the appointment I was on an active weight loss journey which I repeated numerous times. But no the focus for her was my weight. I went for rashes on my arms and legs basically told me I was just getting old was a waste of my time,,,,
I went to Evangeline Dermatology for the first time today. Everyone was so nice, and Stacy Hargrave was so professional, and kind. I highly recommend them.
