Many positive experiences with sending patients to this therapist. Responds quickly, even on evenings and weekends, outside of office hours. Patiently listens, empathetic and always does what is best for the PATIENT. Deep understanding of medications, medical conditions and how they may interfere with psychological well being. Creates great therapeutic relationships. Would not hesitate at all in recommending Dr. West!
Dr. West is dedicated and professional in his career as a Clinical Psychologist. I have observed many times when he would go out of his way to communicate with a patient in need after hours. I would not in hesitate to recommend him, or refer a patient to him for care ...
I would never recommend this so called doctor. He saw my elderly mother at a rehab center then went behind our backs and tried to have her comitted to a psyche ward after pretending to care about getting her the right course of testament. Just a terrible experience.
Dr. West offered a treatment plan after 30 minutes for my mother and did a bait and switch. If it wasn’t for our quick action, the results of treatment could have been traumatic and unsafe for her. If you are not there to watch over your agi;g parent, do not let him treat them for anything.
Do not let Dr. West near your aging parent. His treatment plan for our mother could have led to disastrous consequences.
Very Kind and empathetic. Took time to get to know me and actually cares.
