Great experience from the time I walked in until the time my appointment was done. I spent little time in the waiting room before being called back. Then, I was taken for x-rays immediately. Everyone I interacted with, including the front desk workers, the assistants, the x-ray tech, and the doctor, were kind and courteous. Dr. James has a very good demeanor. He listened to me and came up with an actionable plan to treat my issue. You can tell he really cares about his patients.
