Good doctor and a nice guy but fails to recognize that staff who are not so nice will bring down his house. I do not like the tone. I gave it awhile and they are still arrogant and you can see they are inconvenienced. That is enough for goodbye. I will not tolerate it. I DO NOT like his receptionists and speaking on the phone with any of them AT ALL.
