Very disappointed, now my watch is not working! I brought this watch to be cleaned and polished because I wanted to give it to my son as a gift. When I picked it up, I trusted that the work had been properly done and was focused on giving the watch to my son, so I didn’t take a close look at it before leaving. Took my 3 year old daughter to get her ear re-pierced cause her earring that she had pierced from a different jeweler fell out. I specifically said I don’t want two holes and the owner said he can re-open the same one. After he does I say “you made two holes” he says “no it’s one hole it’s one hole” not to mention the wait for service only one person ahead of me and then I had to wait 25 minutes for the owners wife to find the earrings.
