Took my 3 year old daughter to get her ear re-pierced cause her earring that she had pierced from a different jeweler fell out. I specifically said I don’t want two holes and the owner said he can re-open the same one. After he does I say “you made two holes” he says “no it’s one hole it’s one hole” not to mention the wait for service only one person ahead of me and then I had to wait 25 minutes for the owners wife to find the earrings.
