He’s honestly just rude as hell to the kids in my care, and one of the nurses is incredibly rude and curt. He needs to learn more about trauma informed care for sure.
Love Dr Thompson but the receptionist likes to argue with patients/patient parents on the phone. Pretty much telling me I’m wrong when I am the one that has my son covered through insurance. I’ve worked in medical reception before and arguing with patients is extremely unprofessional. Says his doctor isn’t selected as my child’s passport provider through insurance when he’s been seeing his doctor for the last 4 years! Evan is nice, front desk lady is sweet, but the office is shockingly unprofessional. Lack of returned calls, regardless of urgency, meds not refilled, lab work not called in, new nurses disregarding patient care notes. It's incredibly unfortunate.

Dr. Evan is very personable and great with kids. He's a wonderful asset to our community and I highly recommend him!
