This review is about Dr. Evan Smith, DPM. He used be in the Castle Rock Foot and Ankle practice in Castle Rock, CO. He was recommended to me to do a permanent removal of my cuticle on my big toe, left foot, that continued to flare up. I saw Dr. Smith in September 2024. Unfortunately, the procedure was done sloppy and the chemical he used got under my nail bed and the entire nail died. I did everything I was supposed to do.
