I came to see Dr. Schwartz last year for a consult on knee surgery. I made the appointment and clarified exactly what I needed however when I finally spoke w the Dr he said he'd be unavailable for the surgery because of a prescheduled vacation. That's fine, but then why make the appointment in the first place if he knew this surgery would need to take place sooner than later. He is the most important Dr in the world
It has been a week since my first and only visit and my pharmacy has not received a prescription from them. Try calling the office several times and is nearly impossible to get a hold them. Drove all the way to the office to see what was going on and was told to take aleve for my pain until the doctor comes back from vacation in 2 weeks because no one there could fix the problem. I then asked to speak to manager for which they offer to take my number and to wait for them to call me.
