My appointment was at 1:00 and they never saw me until 2:15. They are absolutely terrible in their booking. I’m going to another practice!
Doctors and staff are great, but be prepared to wait well beyond your appointment time. As someone who is extremely knowledgeable about medical practices- I can tell that they have double I booked appointments. I am at the office now. And I’m almost up to a 45 minute wait beyond my appointment time!
Five months ago, I left a 5-star rating, with no text. The reason for that was that the 5 stars were simply for the competency, professionalism, and kindness of Drs. Johnston and Schoenburg, and their staffs, DURING my visits, surgeries, post-ops, etc. However, after 3+ LONG years of CONSTANTLY having my voicemails, e-mails, and even my attempts to make APPOINTMENTS with them, completely ignored, I have now FINALLY kicked Georgia Eye Partners to the curb, and am leaving a 1-star review … and ONLY because it’s impossible to l... read more
