Horrible experience with Wanda. It started when my wife and I first met with her. She got a phone call, looked at it, said it was spam, and then took it while we sat there! She would not respond to our phone calls or texts for days. A previous employee had started our trip, but left. She had made most of our reservations for hotels and trains for 2 weeks in Italy. After over a month of waiting on Evans to book our German tour, they decided that it was too much for them to handle anything but "pre-canned tours". We would NEVER use them again!
I've used them several times for trips always great talking with them and they make sure I have everything set for a cruise
