Attentive to “my story” and shared several options going forward. Made a recommendation that would most likely prevent further injury and avoid surgical repair.
After months of trying to get post surgical images, from another provider, we were able to get in right away for a second oppinon. Very grateful for this. While he was Looking at old images loaded to Simonmed portal we conveyed our exact problem was this, and why we wanted new images, To quote the Dr. " you have to work that out with them" Would not offer new images. Told me that my diagnosis from 2 other providers, including Banner University were wrong, but he's the one looking at pre surgical images, lol. He Refused to ac... read more
