Dr. Dicken was great. I moved, so no longer can use him, but trying to get records from CenterWell was awful. I think he must be caught up in a terrible "giant corporation" type situation now.
I'm just frustrated by the change Dr. Dicken is a wonderful Doctor i just hate it because he no longer accepts my insurance, and the Office staff is rude.
Dr Dicken has always be supportive of my care. He takes the time to listen and spends the time it takes each visit. I like we work together as a team to ensure my mental and physical health. I rarely have any issues getting an appointment with him the same day. I feel like he knows me as a person and not just a name on a chart. I’m happy to call him my PCP!
You couldn't find a Doctor any better! Dr. Dicken takes his time and listens to all your concerns. He is very professional and he cares about YOU! I have been going to him since he first started his practice.
