Wonderful staff, polite and helpful. Dr Jay is very pleasant, friendly, helpful and listens to your concerns also will go over everything with you so you know what to expect. I couldn't ask for better pain management doctors. Thank you all at Redefine Healthcare especially Dr. EVAN JAY

If I had to tell anyone looking to finally meet a more kind, professional PA that has the compassion and skill to assist you with any of your problems or concerns health wise, then Evan Jay is the person you want to meet. He's very attentive and always gives an ear to your concerns. He listens to you. I've had the pleasure knowing him professionally for more than 10 years if not more. I'm happy and wouldn't change having him handle any of my medical concerns.

WOW. This individual is THE most rude, arrogant, medical professional I hav ever had the displeasure of meeting. He "breezes" in, continually interjects, talks over U, etc.. &, as a 50+ patient- some of that old fashioned thing called "proper bedside manner" is non-existent/obselete IF ever he had it. Stay away, far away if U r able to do so.
