Evan was very friendly when we visited the first time. He was very enthusiastic about restoring my Mom's engagement ring, which I had to have cut off my finger. He convinced me that he could restore the ring to it's original state - and he was confident and excited to do it! The ring turned out gorgeous! It's better than new...shiny, sparkly and with a new sturdy, resized band for wearing comfortably and securely. It has the same heirloom look, too. Evan did meticulous, beautiful work. My Mom would be proud!

This is terrible. If you are going to close on a day you are set to be open, sat. Aug 23 UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE. I drove an hour just specifically to go to your store because your website said you'd be open. This is the 2nd time I have showed up at your store on a regular open day just to find you are closed. This is horrible. I'm very upset.
