Needs to be reeducated
I at first refused to get my epilepsy treated when it came into my life suddenly. I am an extremely stubborn person. I did not want to take meds and I did not want to quit drinking. Dr. Fertig has been with me patiently while I went through all the stages of grief in getting this disease and has been there for me throughout everything. He is a very nice and patient doctor and now a few years later he has my seizures under control with the correct combination of medications.
