This was My first experience with Dr Foulke and was absolutely fantastic, his beside manner and professionalism far exceeded any that I have ever met!
Dr. Foulke probably saved my life when I needed a rare kind of emergency hernia repair. He is an excellent surgeon and followed up daily while I spent 6 days in Jefferson Memorial.
