I had my first appointment with dr Wittke at the Lincoln square location. Apparently the doctor does not work there anymore and my appointment had been moved out of Chicago to Glenview. I have not been called, emailed or texted to inform me that my appointment was changed. I have spent hours on the phone with northwestern trying to confirm that I won’t be billed for no show. Dr Wittke might be a good doctor but I’ll never know.
Excellent Doctor - really went above and beyond with my concerns and got me on the right track. I am very appreciative of this relatively new office in Lincoln Square!

Left with ample time and got stuck on the L for 15 minutes when they finally let us off I got an Uber immediately. I tried calling the office 6 times to let them know only to be told that this office doesn’t answer phone calls… not really sure how you want patients to communicate they are running late and ask if they should just reschedule. Got to the office within the 15 minute window and when they messaged him asking if I could still see him to which he just responded “no.” Left in tears since I had booked this appointment... read more
