We recently closed on our home in Wilmette, and this is our 4th house in 3 different states and by far Evan was the most helpful and friendly agent that we have ever worked with. With the lack of housing supply and multiple bid situation, Evan was patient and helped us tour a ton of homes and gave us the pros and cons of each home without making us feel pressured.
