Haven’t been able to get through to this office to make an appointment. No one answers the phone. Dr Bernstein was recommended by my surgeon. I even completed the on-line request for an appointment. It said that I would receive a call with 24 hours. I was contacted by someone 72 hrs later who just gave me the same number that I have been calling. I called several times throughout the day, multiple days of the week to give them the benefit of doubt. As a physician myself this is inexcusable!
