Ed installed our Pro Ecobee thermostat and even used adapter wires to ensure it communicated perfectly with our furnace. He’s a mechanical engineer who truly knows his stuff, and it shows in the quality of his work. On top of that, he was super nice and friendly, making the whole experience a pleasure. We’ll definitely be recommending Ed to all our friends and family!
Our furnace died after 25 years of reliable service. I contacted Honestars and posted my request to have the furnace replaced. We have furnace and AC installed in our house by Evam Canada Inc. It was done next day after we called for estimate and decided on price and model. The installer was professional and efficient, turned on the heat in the evening and finished AC installation later in the week. Ed has corrected the setup of the existing Ecobee thermostat. After doing so much of research and taking so many quotes I went with Evam Canada. And thank God. I am now so much happy and satisfied. The first day when Ed came to my house I sensed what a great gentleman he is. But his engagement towards the project and his amazing customer service really amazed me.
