It made me give them a 1 star. They truly deserve a 0 star! Doing appraisals from Chicago, IL for properties located in Athens, GA. Never steps foot on the property and comes in $20,000 too LOW. Gives more value to a house next door 600 sq ft smaller on a slab (subject house is over a basement built by the same builder with similar finishes). Do yourself a favor and get a REAL appraiser, even Zillow's zestimate does a better job as an appraiser than this company. TERRIBLE!!!
I'm a top producing loan officer who has exclusively sent all my appraisal orders to Evaluation Zone for years. Their appraisers are fair, and they get the reports in much quicker than the average times others are seeing in this market. On the rare occasion that I have had problems with reports, the management has worked with me on appeals that often have favorable results.
