Yes Did this psychiatrist thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this psychiatrist have reasonable prices? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Did this psychiatrist listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! They always listen carefully to what I have to say! Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this psychiatrist give you undivided attention? Yes, I always had their full attention Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Dr. Evaldson is thorough and I really like him. He is a good match for my daughter and is able to get her to come out of herself. I am particularly happy with his use of medications - he is cautious but does use them if needed.
