I used to come to this salon years ago and it was great. The overall experience was subpar to say the least this time. There is no customer service. I walked in and the receptionist was eating and during my 2.5 hour manicure/pedicure other technicians were eating and talking on the phone. My technician genuinely tried but he was obviously inexperienced especially with gel. My gel application is uneven and there are many layers. The worst is that the salon is unclean and messy. I first started going to Evalash Nail Salon in 2014, and the experience was good at first. The salon was clean and well-organized, the staff was genuinely welcoming (offering drinks and a relaxing massage), and the quality of both manicures and pedicures was commendable. However, over time, the standards began to slip significantly. Quyen’s the best! Been a client since 2017. Wouldn’t trust anyone but her with microblading/microshading my brows or lashes! Ann, who often books my appointments is patient, friendly, and professional. Kevin’s also great, he’s done my nails and I have nothing but nice things to say about his work and professionalism.
