Dr. Sotil is kind, compassionate and very thorough with her care. I have been a patient of Dr. Sotil for the last 5 years and completely trust her with my care.
She has no regard or compassion for her patients. She is honestly reckless or disqualified. She does not listen to your concerns or take the time or effort to engage in your treatment. She does not explain anything and doesn't know what is going on with your condition. When I confronted her she said she is very busy. Do not use this doctor and definitely do not go to the ER here. You will be lucky to survive
Absolute nightmare garbage with rude staff. Referred by physician to a specific doctor but took it upon themselves to decide that my referral didn't call for said doctor then left it on the desk for weeks while my sick liver worsens. You could deteriorate and lose your life. Go elsewhere!
