I must clarify that the earlier reviews are inaccurate. Marjory and Calvin are incredibly helpful and friendly individuals who promptly address building issues. Their reliability stands out, and in my decade of living here, they are the best superintendents 25 Eva and 351 The West Mall have had. The tenants behind negative reviews seem to be problematic, consistently raising issues since previous management. Thanks to Metcap for bringing Marjory and Calvin to this building. The residents truly appreciate this couple.
Their party 🎈 room and security guards are so friendly and helpful
site supers Marjory and Kalvin are exceptionally lazy and do not clean or maintain the property. They scream and yell at all tenants for going to them with a problem such as having your water shut off without notice multiple times a week. They see everything as an attack against them despite not being able to do their jobs properly. Since metcap acquired 25 Eva, there are cockroaches in the hallways, laundry room, etc. I have pictures it won’t let me upload. Management is lazy with shovelling snow, and cleaning the building. We were unable to use our balconies last summer due to painting, and they are renovicting as there is renovations / water shut offs regularly every other week. Superintendents or property managers they just scream at tenants when you have a problem. If you go up the chain of command to Margaret, she ignores you nothing gets done. So for anything to get done you have to go up the chain again. Then you get a bandaid for your problem. The superintendent has a habit of calling the police on you and your visitors if you are in her bad books. Which means if you want anything done.
