You are one injury/illness away from a painful condition. You are not immune from pain. I pray your views change however I also hope you experience pain and are treated the way you treat your patients. As a medical provider, you don’t speak for the rest of us. What you are doing is unethical, unreasonable, and unconscionable. CDC has updated their guidelines in 2023 for a reason. If you’re afraid to be a provider go back to bedside nursing or find a different career.

You will NOT be treated with pain medications. This provider is AGAINST caring for patients that have pain that is chronic, debilitating. This lack of care, compassion and treatment is costing jobs, families and even lives. The alternate therapies being pushed are more harmful and less effective than prescribed opoids.
