I suffer from agoraphobia, had a virtual visit, was having a hard time keeping my asthma under control. I also suffer from panic disorder. I would get a monthly refill on my inhaler and she told me my heart was going to explode. then preceded to mock my disability and the fact that I could not leave my house. I got off the call in tears. This was in 2022. Finally found her name since she was a virtual visit and decided to leave a review. She will forever be the worst doc experience I have ever had

Provider was unwilling to use good medical judgment and unwilling to listen to patients needs refusing to prescribe tamaflu when it is indicated for those exposed to flu or who have all the flu symptoms. Provided unreasonable demand that I physically go into clinic (and of course get billed for another visit) when I presented with classic flu symptoms and was exposed to person with flu. I will use Providence for my televisits in the future as Legacy was attempting to get me to pay for second unnecessary visit.

Eva is a great nurse practitioner. She always takes the time to listen and address all of my concerns. I never feel rushed with her. I have recommended family and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend friends or other family members to her. She shows great empathy and compassion for her patients. You can tell she really enjoys the work she does. Others could benefit from shadowing her, her bedside manner and love of her work really shows.
