I was a walk-in client and the employees were very courteous. I waited approximately 5 minutes. I got a regular manicure. I was very happy with my manicure and the overall service. The nail polish actually lasted a full week with minimal chipping. Most manicures I've had in the past don't last longer than 4-5 days.
