I was a walk in today and was seated right right away. My nail tech was very nice to me. It was a relaxing environment. Everyone was very nice

Regardless of how much a customer spends, please value their time and money and service them respectfully, because there are plenty of other nail shops in the area that will, if you don’t. I went yesterday for a mani pedi and I have to say I had a great experience, I would 100% be going back
Quality of their work has gone down, but their prices continue to increase and are always different whenever I go. I always get mani-pedis or depending on the atmosphere when I arrive just color changes and it’s still the same price as a pedicure. The manager (the guy who “greets” the customers as they come in by asking what they need) always stands over my shoulder when I get my nails done or whenever I ask for corrections on my nails no matter where I am in the salon.
