First-time customer - mixed experience I visited as a walk-in customer and overall had an okay experience, though there were some communication issues that prevented me from giving a higher rating. The main problem occurred during the nail drying process for my pedicure. After my technician placed me under the foot dryer, they moved on to help other customers without letting me know how long I should expect to wait. Upset isn’t the word I came in and waiting for an hour. I’m patient so that wasn’t a huge deal. The male tech sitting at the first desk on the right side of the salon clearly didn’t want to do the job. After he laid my acrylic down and filed it & I looked at my nails and I advised him how I did not like how flat and thin it was. All nail sets should have an apex.
