Over the years we noticed Eva selling quite a few houses in our neighborhood (San Rafael area of Pasadena). We contacted her to discuss our house and found her deeply knowledgeable and engaged. She offered clear solutions and helpful advice for a few complex issues we were concerned about. When we were ready to put our house on the market, Eva represented us as our listing agent. Her market knowledge and negotiating skills drove a very strong outcome for the sale. She and her team were excellent in all aspects of coordinatio... read more
I know Eva sells a lot of big houses, but I reached out to her for help with a small condo. I was a little worried that I might take a back seat to her other clients, but I quickly saw that wasn't going to be the case at all. She was fully invested the whole time and started by putting together a thorough "go to market" plan. From there, her team got the condo ready quickly and efficiently. This is where Eva's sense of personal responsibility really impressed me. There was a mishap with a package delivery and she fixed it ri... read more

Her clear communication and dedication made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Eva Lin and Lin Realty Group to anyone looking for a trusted and dependable Pasadena Realtor!
It was a pleasure working with Eva and her team. Selling a home can be an arduous process, but Eva and her team made the entire experience seamless. They are extremely professional, organized, and consistently stay on top of all the moving parts. We especially appreciated Eva’s work ethic and responsiveness. Both my husband and I have demanding schedules and were often unavailable during regular business hours, yet Eva was always accessible and quick to respond. Eva does an excellent job of representing her clients’ interest... read more
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL REALTOR. I am honestly shocked that she still has her license today. So we went to see a property listed by Eva in Pasadena in July (a private viewing on July 17th with her coworker Stephanie), and fell in love with the house immediately. Our agent then went to see the house on July 18th and told Eva that we were ready to make an offer. Eva told our agent (and all the other agents) not to submit offer before July 27th. Then a week later (on July 20th), the listing status on Redfin chang... read more
