The staff has always been excellent. Have stayed here 6 or 7 times and have not been disappointed. We like the 2nd floor.
I hope they use my complaint on safety, sanitation, and comfort to raise their standards for the future. I will not get into details as I have been in contact with the GM. Customer service was genuine and great. The front desk clerk was friendly, accommodating, and morbidly concerned with the issues I had. That type of customer service was more than just training. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are good. The breakfast had some variety. We spent New Year's Eve, and I have to say that the guy at the front desk was working from 4:00 pm, and the person that was supposed to take over just called out. He kept being nice and smiling to the guests. We appreciate that kind of customer service.
