Been here since 2017 rent was super cheap so i didn't mind that it was an older apt. Just recently my rent was raised because they upgraded other apts and most have no carpet. Im paying more for a busted apartment that never gets fixed, this apt falling apart daily. The cabinets, walls, fixtures, rug, smells of pets and we aint had none. I moved here because i had to at the time. Sucks that i got no upgrade but paying upgrade prices straight bullshit.
