The girl who did my facial, threading and hair wash was friendly and very attentive. The threading experience was a bit more painful than it should’ve been and the thread broke a total of five times. She did a good job with my hair wash, and the owner did a nice blowout for me. The place can be a bit loud with employees chatting with each other and answering phone calls while working on clients. Overall it’s a good place, especially given the good prices.

Coming here for almost a decade for Nanu. Excellent services never ever disappointed. The best one in all of Houston. I have tried others, I travel 35 minutes each way to come for her services

I used to be terrified of threading, but Nanu was so sweet and gentle. Also Brows came out so on point! Loved it! She is very detail oriented, & made awesome suggestions to my haircut & maintenance. Will definitely be back.

Why bother showing a picture of how I want my hair when the stylist will just do whatever she wants. Granted not mad at the cut but I wanted it kept same length just add layers and she cut it just above my shoulders when my hair was medium length almost to bra strap. Disappointed to say the least. Trusted the reviews.
