Love the doctors but can these people do their jobs? I called almost 2 weeks ago for a refill on my medication. I was told they send in my prescription to my pharmacy and they made an appointment for me to see the doctor. Not that I was surprised when I called my pharmacy and was told I have no more refills. I don’t know why the staff can’t do as they say, why is it so difficult for them to do their jobs?
Listens carefully and provides thoughtful, helpful feedback. I highly recommend.
