Ordering replacement parts from this company has been an unnecessarily long and frustrating process. You really have to become your own project manager just to get anything resolved. RMAXX aluminum running boards from EV sport line are just top notch. I loved the solid build quality and excellent customer service. Not only they look great but also function very well. Now the kids can get in the Rivian easily! Thanks EV sport line for a great product and Brian for support!
I took advantage of EV Sportline's installation service while I was on a roadtrip to the Atlanta area and had a set of running boards installed on my family's Rivian R1S. The whole process went according to plan, the quality of the work is great, and the EV Sportline team was very hospitable while I was working-remotely from their space.
Great customer service by Tatiana Noel. I ordered running boards and there were some bumps but as soon as Tatiana was on the case guess who got their running boards shipped THE SAME DAY? Me! Thank you again for your professionalism and solution based customer care!!
Great experience and customer service (expect delays in responses). Product quality, packaging and delivery are as good as well as pricing (comparing to the competition and options out there). Tatiana did a great job helping with the product purchasing support, thank you! I'm happy with my purchase of aluminum running boards, I hope they will last.
